AFEC-X students published one paper, and gave two oral presentations at international conferences

Congrutulations to AFEC-X 2015 members: Mark Jun Malaca Alcantara, Shrushti Modi, Monkai, Jutamart, Tial Cung Ling And Xu He, after about 4 years, their group project finally published on Myrmecological News.

Thanks to their hard work, especially Mark and the project advisor Aki Nakamura.

Also congratulate another two batches of students whoes group projects was accepted as oral presenational at ATBC 2019 and ATBC-AP 2019 respectively.

They are Aye Mya Mon, Inda Dwi Solina, Nirunrut Pomoim, and Thilina Sudarshana Nimalrathna (AFEC-X 2017 students). Thilina presented their project “Predation on Plasticine caterpillar and other models in tropical rain forest” at ATBC-AP 2019 in Sri Lanka

Another group of students are Kelekoralale Gedara Dinelka Dihani Thilakarathne, Niu Ying, Ruhama Maya Sari, Sabita Gurung and Venus Saksongmuang (AFEC-X 2018 students). Dinelka gave oral presentation of their project “Colour and posture influences the protective value of snail poop masquerading by sawfly caterpillars” at ATBC 2019 in Madagascar
