Twenty-six participants accepted for AFEC-X 2012

Twenty-six participants from 13 countries have been accepted for the upcoming Advanced Fieldcourse in Ecology & Conservation, which will get underway on 20th Oct. Participants hail from Benin, Cambodia, Cameroon, China, Indonesia, India, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Thailand, USA, and Vietnam. Nineteen participants will receive fellowships and we are looking for further support for four travel awards. AFEC-X has been supported by Xishuangbanna Tropical Botanical Garden (XTBG), the Key Laboratory for Forest Ecology (XTBG), and the World Agroforestry Institute (China node).
